Iris Estate is a farm that lies at the top of what appears to be a dormant volcano. Upon reaching the farm, you enter a completely flat oval center surrounded by mountains that reach up to 2300masl in height.
Our Filter Roast profile carries the intention of preserving the complexity and character of each coffee. It is best brewed 3 weeks after the roast date.
